BUILDING AUTOMATION: Building automation is a management strategy embedded in a building’s various mechanical and electrical systems to regulate and optimize their usage. It provides convenient and centralized control of these systems, but is also able to self-regulate them, i.e. initiate lighting or heating systems according to occupancy load.
